The project aimed to revitalize historical railway connections between Croatia and Hungary, enhancing sustainable tourism in the Slatina-Našice-Szentlorinc region. Funded by the EU’s IPA program, it included infrastructure improvements, cultural heritage preservation, and tourism promotion. Key partners were the City of Slatina, the City of Našice, the Brantner-Koncz Foundation from Hungary, and the Slatina Heritage Museum. The initiative focused on restoring railway stations, developing cycling and hiking trails, and boosting local tourism potential through cross-border collaboration.
